Organic Spring Wheat
Growers of organic spring wheat often target the bread making market producing high quality grain with good hagberg and protein content. Mulika is the dominant spring wheat and can be sown from November through to mid April. Resistant to OWBM but only moderate resistance to Septoria. Second in yield in Pearce organic trials with one of the best bushel weights in the wheat trial.

Newly recommended hard group 4, highest untreated yield, highest yielding spring wheat in autumn drilled trials. Good disease resistance and high specific weight.
