Pearce Seeds have been involved with maize for forty years. Accordingly, through experience in the field and our own trials, we have built up a wealth of experience with the crop. We have the opportunity to select varieties from all the European maize breeders, and consequently have selected a top-performing portfolio of maize hybrids for our customers.
Additionally, through conducting trials ourselves, we continue to build up local information on varietal earliness yield, energy and starch production performance.

The varieties that Pearce Seeds stocked in 2010 are outlined below;
REVOLVER - Maturity class 11
The highest yielding hybrid in its maturity class. Brings harvest date forward without compromising yield.
ARTIST - Maturity Class 10
A new variety with high yields for those needing an early maturity class. High ME and high DM yields
IXXES - Maturity class 9
Remarkable hybrid, raising levels of yield, combined with very early maturity and high starch content.
DESTINY - Maturity class 9
Very good early vigour enables high yields particularly on marginal sites. Early to harvest and grows anywhere.
CRESCENDO - Maturity class 8
Proven reliability in all situations over many seasons of use. Truly tried and tested.
NK CHEER - Maturity Class 8
Early maturity with high starch yields.
DOMINATOR - Maturity Class 8
High yielding (114%), with early grain maturity. Potential for crimping under plastic.
KLIFTON - Maturity class 8
A good performer, with large cobs and very high ME silage.
KARIMBO - Maturity Class 8
A new early and extra high ME hybrid. Excellent performer in all maize growing areas.
ES Agreement - Maturity class 7
"Big yields from a big plant", proven over a wide range of sites and seasons.
ES Ballade - Maturity Class 7
High yielding with good early vigour and the ability to finish. Suitable to a wide range of sites.
